It takes weeks to get into an appointment, you show up 20-30 minutes before your scheduled time and don’t get called back to the exam room until 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. By the time the Doctor comes in, they take 3 minutes to examine you ask one or two questions and they are done. One Heart Primary Care reminded me of why I left a large city and moved back to Tennessee. Laura is not only a great professional, but she takes the time to talk to you, ask questions about your issues and concerns and genuinely cares about people. The entire staff is friendly, engaging and helpful. I may have been sick, but I actually felt happier leaving the doctor’s office than I did when I showed up.
